From Candle Magic to Demonology with Kalei Bogetti

You can laugh about “voodoo candles” at a gas station right up until someone explains why they work and why they sometimes go wrong. We sit down with Kalei, known online as kaleiseesdeadpeople and The Crystal Patch, to talk about witchcraft, psychic mediumship, and what it actually means to “manipulate energy to create change” in a modern, practical way. We dig into intention as a real skill: why vagueness creates messy outcomes, how visualization and focus shape results, and what beginners should do first if they want to explore candle magic, petitions, cleansing, tarot, or spiritual protection. Kalei shares the unsexy advice that saves people the most pain: read books, learn foundations, and expect trial and error before you expect “big” manifestations. We also talk about her goal in this work now, helping people make decisions, feel grounded, and reconnect with loved ones through mediumship readings without turning spirituality into a performance. Then the conversation shifts into the paranormal world that pulled her in fast: 200 plus investigations, what she believes separates human spirits from something darker, and why she uses the word demon as “a non-human, negative, parasitic entity” rather than a purely religious label. Kalei walks us through the pattern she’s studying in demonology, how fear and negative energy can escalate experiences inside haunted locations, and why sometimes the smartest move is simply leaving the building.
