Greenwich Village has always had two faces. The Wicked Village Tour is our adults-only walk, and it spends the evening with the second face.
On the night of March 25, 1911, the Triangle Shirtwaist Factory went up in flames just off Washington Square. Doors were locked, the fire escape collapsed, and dozens of garment workers, most of them immigrant women and girls, leapt from the windows rather than burn. We stand where it happened and tell you what the plaques leave out. From there we walk to the park itself, where some 20,000 people were buried in the old potter's field, and to a townhouse with a body count that has unsettled residents for generations.
This is true history, told plainly, with the violence and grief left in. Expect candid language, unsettling detail, and the kind of stories that stay with you on the walk home. If you want the real, unvarnished Village after dark, this is the one.

What happens if it rains?
