Frequently Asked Questions
What is the minimum group size for a private tour?
We typically require a minimum of 10 people for private tours, though this can vary by city and season. Contact us for specific requirements.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance for private tours, especially during peak season (October) and weekends.
Can we customize the tour content?
Absolutely! We can adjust the tour to focus on specific themes, avoid certain topics, or accommodate special requests.
What if it rains?
Our tours run rain or shine! We recommend bringing umbrellas. In case of severe weather, we'll work with you to reschedule.
Do you offer tours in languages other than English?
Yes, in many cities we have guides who speak Spanish, French, and other languages. Please inquire when booking.
Can we add food or drinks to our tour?
Many of our cities offer haunted pub crawl options, and we can arrange stops at local establishments. Ask about options in your city.
